ABOUT THE MINT:

In 2016 I opened my little chocolate & cake shop in the main street of Lawrence and have been happily kept super busy every since.

BIG changes for THE MINT as I have sold the shop in the main street to collaborate with the beautiful BELLVIEW WETLANDS RESERVE  around the corner and to focus on providing private small group garden tours &  picnics  along with a new chocolate cart that will be open 2 day per week

CHOC CART CURRENTLY ON HOLD DUE TO INJURY (pop up days will be posted on face book).

My kitchen has also moved and now have a lovely new food trailer to cook out of with collections being from the schoolhouse at Bellveiw Wetlands, 3 Gabrielles Gully Rd, Lawrence.  

As always  ALL CAKE AND CHOCOLATE ORDERS are still available 6 days per week, please allow at least 48 hours notice for all orders.

The last couple of year of covid have been a challenge but thanks to my wonderful customers I have been able to adapt and continue making all my handmade Belgian chocolates, cakes, desserts and tarts and am constantly humbled by the distances that you travel to come and sample them.
