After 8 years and making over 6 tonne of chocolate by hand and thousands of cakes and desserts,  my poor shoulders and elbow decided to they need a rest.  While on limited duties as my  elbow injury healed  (chocolate elbow) something wonderful has evolved!

In 2024 I launched my first hands on chocolate making classes so I could share my craft and inspire you all to learn how you can make chocolate and desserts at home and to share some of my secret recipes. 

I have done many many many classes now, and cannot tell you how much it makes my heart sing to teach so many enthusiastic chocolatiers in the making. 

I have taught from ages 7 years old to 97 years old and every class is such a fun and fabulous afternoon of celebrating chocolate, sampling chocolate and making delicious things with chocolate! ​

I can arrange classes to suit any age or group, I teach at kindergartens, rest homes, group classes, private classes and can even come to your home!​
