At the Lawrence Mint everything is made using the
finest Belgian chocolate (Callebaut chocolate) that is specially delivered each week.
I make everything by hand in my tiny basic kitchen onsite (no factory of workers or heated bench tops or big chocolate temping machines here, just 2 busy hands and a bowl!) this does mean that I can only make a limited quantity each week, it also means that my chocolates are always deliciously fresh!
The 'Mint" range includes , rocky road, chocolate bark, freckles, mint patties, butterscotch brittle, coconut rough, hot chocolate packs and lots more.
There is currently no online shop as I struggle to keep up with the demand of the shop (handmade means it takes a little longer to make). But postage can be arranged, message for more details.

Our Belgian choc truffles come a close second (due to covid truffles will only be available for Christmas orders this season) followed by
our rather addictive Salted Peanut & butterscotch brittle.
Based on a secret recipe, its a perfect combo of sweet, salty and buttery
(and very moreish)!
A large part of the chocolate range and confectionery is naturally free from gluten but my kitchen is not gluten or nut free.
