our most popular range of small tarts, cheesecakes, Belgian chocolate mud cakes, triple choc brownies, large fruit tarts, Belgian chocolate mousse cups and new creations that I constantly create using the local fruit from the Teviot Valley.

My Cheesecakes are becoming quite famous and I am so humbled that my customers travel so far to grab them (some have even been collected and flown to the North Island! )

They use no setting agents, or artificial additives. They are light, fluffy and creamy and mix Belgian chocolate mousse with the original flavor of cheese cake that everyone knows and loves.
The flavors are constantly changing and evolving!
Unfortunately couriering is not an option ATM because they are so delicate and need to be kept chilled.
But they do freeze beautifully so you can order ahead and save for that special occasion.
